Courtney Swift-Copeland Owner / Producer

Courtney has been shooting professionally for over 15 years. Armed with her grandfather’s camera — a relic she’d coveted since childhood and his last purchase before passing away — Courtney discovered her life’s calling while studying commercial photography and advertising at the Savannah College of Art and Design.

Her career behind the lens took her up and down the east coast — teaching high school photography, as a creative project manager for an international artist agency, as a project manager and producer at Belk during the fashion retailer’s transformative rebrand, and then at Springs Creative Products Group running a studio shooting textiles and household products for big box stores. Salt Paper Studio is the fullest expression of her passion, equally valuing the craft of photography and the client’s vision.
