If you noticed a familiar last name, you’re correct. Sean is Courtney’s brother and somewhere between driving her crazy growing up and traveling the globe as an adult, he found time to become a pretty darn good chef. Sean’s resume takes us on a journey from a sandwich shop in Middletown De (his home town), to Chicago, Ill, working for celebrity Chef’s, on to Napa, Ca, Sous Cheffing for the popular Bardessono hotel and Lucy restaurant and then to Philadelphia, PA as Sous for the infamous Four Seasons Hotel. We grabbed him as a stylist during the pandemic of 2020 and won’t let go. His innovative approach to food, food styling (and life) is only paralleled by his knowledge of fine dining and food science.
